Not happy with your order? No worries - you can return eligible items within our return window.

Return Window

You have 90 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To return an item, it needs to meet these conditions:

  • Items must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
  • Items must not show any signs of wear, use, or alterations

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@aeoliancms.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Our team will provide you with:

  • Return authorization and instructions
  • Return shipping label (where applicable)
  • Packaging guidelines to ensure safe return transit

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns on:

  • Underwear and intimate apparel
  • Swimwear (unless tags are still attached and hygienic liner is in place)
  • Custom, personalized, or customized items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@aeoliancms.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Please include photos of the damaged or defective item with your contact message to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item and place a new order for the desired item.

This process ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible while your return is being processed.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for your return:

  • Our error: We cover all return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
  • Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Size exchange: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically.

Refund timeline:

  • Inspection: 2-3 business days after we receive your return
  • Processing: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Bank processing: 5-10 business days (varies by bank and payment method)

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. If you don't see your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees or duties. We recommend checking with your local customs office about return procedures for international packages.

Please note that international returns may take longer to process due to customs and shipping times.

European Union Customers

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, European Union customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, without needing to provide justification. The same return conditions apply regarding item condition and packaging.
